BuddyWorld is a private beta. These terms are the practical beta bar, not a final public-launch legal pass. Please use the product thoughtfully and send us feedback when something feels confusing or broken.
Things may break, generated assets may be re-rolled, budgets may pause some actions, and beta access may change while we learn from the first testers. The beta is provided as-is.
Your buddy is AI-generated. It is not a person, therapist, doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, or substitute for professional support. It may make mistakes, so use judgment around important decisions.
BuddyWorld verifies NFT ownership read-only with a free signature and public chain data. We never ask for token approvals, transactions, custody, or seed phrases. Awakened renders are AI derivatives of NFTs you own, for use inside BuddyWorld. Collection licenses vary, so these terms do not promise broader IP rights outside the beta.
Chat and awaken features have fair-use budgets so the private beta can stay sustainable. We may slow, pause, or revoke access for abuse, automated traffic, attempts to bypass limits, or behavior that harms other people or the service.
The privacy policy explains what the waitlist and public host buddy collect. Inside the app, personal buddy memories are consent-gated: the buddy can propose, but nothing becomes memory until you approve it.
No NDA is required for cohort 1. We do ask early testers not to post public screenshots yet while the experience is still being shaped.
